Remote Control of the Centrifugal Decanter
Pieralisi Telecontrol monitors the mechanical and electrical functions of the centrifugal decanter. The client can monitor the correct operation of the centrifugal decanter everywhere at any time, receive real-time warnings for maintenance and possible anomalies.
In addition, Telecontrol allows the Pieralisi service department to perform remote preventive diagnostics, provide fast and efficient telephone assistance and suggest process optimization. In combination with Pieralisi’s Maintenance Program, Telecontrol ensures decanter service life, maintenance cost savings and reduced machine downtime.

Unit with Pieralisi Telecontrol
The Pieralisi Remote Control System monitors PLC variables and transfers them in real time, with high reliability and security, to the Pieralisi Cloud, which then stores all acquired data.
Customer Service
Thanks to a dedicated account, customers can access the cloud to view the unit’s data in real time using any device connected to the Internet (pc, laptop, tablet, smartphone). In addition, the customer can receive alerts and maintenance notifications via SMS and email.
Pieralisi Service
Pieralisi Service analyzes the data transmitted in real time as well as the stored data. It can interact remotely with the unit to provide assistance, diagnose anomalies and propose appropriate maintenance and optimization.
